Simply take out of the packet, place on the head and massage hair through the cap for 3 minutes. The liquid contained inside the cap, will cleanse and condition your hair without water or soap. I thought I would try it myself as I had seen someone else use it with mixed results. I liked how my hair smelt fresh. It lasted about 2 days before I had to wash my hair again properly. Would be willing to try it again to see if I can get a better lasting.

I used it on my hair with the help of my partner due to disability, I found it simple to use but don't feel like my hair was cleaned properly I can't say whether it was user error and he didn't wash for long enough but it said 5 minutes on packaging and that's what we did but my hair needed washing a day later. I normally only wash my hair once a week. I will give it another try but maybe ask someone else to help me and see if that is the problem but maybe just not enough for my hair.

I was really pleased with the above. I have been in hospital not able to shower so after I used the cap and towel dried my hair I was surprised to see how nice it looked after it had dried. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a quick fix

I have been using these Shampoo caps during the 17 day period after my hip replacement while I was not allowed to shower. I didn’t mind having a strip wash, but I did mind not being able to wash my hair. These were a blessing for me. They work so well and are so good for my moral.i feel human again.Thank you. The only thing I would change would be the colouring on the packaging. I found the instructions hard to read.
