Rinse free foam is a life saver

My 3 day bathroom renovation is on its 2nd week. The rinse free foam is such a help. All of the other FreshWipes product are just as great.

Free gift just for you,

I got my order and as I've used these before I'm sure they will be as always good.
There is one thing though, it said in an email that if I order before a certain date I would get a free gift.
My order arrived, and my free gift for me was Pet Wipes. I'm sure many that use these wipes have pets, I do not, I've no cat, or dog, and none of my friends have pets and nobody in my family has pets. So technically the gift wasn't really for me.
I rang the help like and talked to a very nice young lady, and when I explained that I didn't feel that the gift I was gifted was somewhat disappointing. This young lady seemed a little shocked when I said this, she then said that the pet wipes could be used on humans, or I could use them to wipe things down the sides in the kitchen. I was stunned somewhat by her answer. If a company says if I order before a certain date I will get a gift. There was never a thought that the gift would be for a pet, that I don't have, so technically I didn't get a gift.
If I see another such offer, firstly I will ring up the company to ask what the free gift will be. If I get no joy from that phone call, I won't order, it's that simple. As this has kinda left a bad taste in the mouth.
